Guidelines for Exchange & Refund:
Natural Produce accepts returns, exchange or refunds within 14 days of delivery, subject to prevailing return policy.
Exchanged or returned Products must be in the original condition as when it was delivered, and must include its original vendor packaging and Order Confirmation and/or invoice. Natural Produce reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfil any of the above policy or for any other reason whatsoever.
Merchandise must be un-used, unaltered and be in a re-saleable condition.
Goods can be exchanged for a similar item or different item.
Refund of purchase will be according to the original mode of payment or in the form of store credit.
Where a Product is defective, not of satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, you may return the Product for an exchange or a refund of the amount paid for the Product without interest at the absolute discretion of Natural Produce, subject to the applicable law.
Products must be returned with any free gift(s) and/or gift card(s) received with respect to the returned Product.
All returns, exchange or refunds must be made through Customer Service email firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not accept returns without notice.
Natural Produce will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.
